Mrs. Arford's science students used fabric and stitching lines on a quilt block to show contour and elevation of a relief map that they drew. Some of them are now creating a 3D Model of their relief map. Others chose different types of landforms to create their 3D model.

FBLA hosted a $1 dress down day today to raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation, as well as to help the Bishop Luers team win points for the competition in March. FBLA members dressed up in professional attire today to celebrate the end of FBLA week, and distributed candy grams for Valentine's Day.

Congratulations to the Girls Swim and Dive team for finishing an impressive 7th/13 at girls sectionals on Saturday. Everyone qualified for finals and the girls placed top 8 in 4 out of their 6 events. They all swam their personal best during the competition and Marie Lepley set 2 more school records: the 50 free and the 100 backstroke. Congratulations team! You represented Bishop Luers very well!

Congratulations to our Boys JV and V Basketball teams on their wins vs DeKalb last weekend! 🏀🏀 Our outstanding varsity team now has a season record of 14-3! Come cheer on the Knights at home tomorrow evening vs South Side. F/JV/V games, 5pm/6pm/7:30pm start times.
Our JV and Freshman teams also have been doing well!

The Varsity Boys Basketball Team visited and volunteered at Gigi's Playhouse yesterday. They were blessed to work with some amazing humans as a part of the leadership and servanthood pillars within the sports program. Gigi's is a special place with so many happy faces!
The varsity team has an impressive season record so far, winning 13 out of 16 games played. Their next game is this Saturday at home vs DeKalb High School at 1:30pm. Go Knights!
