The Wrestling Team finished 5th at Sectionals last weekend. Go Knights! During Career Day today, students attended presentations from professionals in many different industries, several of whom are Bishop Luers Alumni. On Day 4 of Catholic Schools Week, Bishop Luers students participated in Career Day, where lay professionals, priests, and religious gave presentations about their career paths and vocations. #LuersSpirit

Celebrating Catholic Schools Week along with other Catholic schools around the nation, Bishop Luers High School participated in an All-School Mass today. #LuersSpirit #CatholicSchoolsWeek

On Day 2 of Catholic Schools Week, students participated in a Sodalitas Day of Service. Students made 1000 ribbons for Vera Bradley to put up downtown (1/3 of the total that Vera Bradley puts up each year). They also made 300 sack lunches for the Rescue Mission, 150 cards for Veterans taking Honors Flights, and 80 tie blankets for cats for Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control. Students, teachers and staff gathered together as a school community to celebrate the beginning of Catholic Schools Week with a prayer service this afternoon. Given the dangerous weather conditions and for the safety of our students and staff, Bishop Luers High School will have an E-Learning Day tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22. Assignments will be posted on Canvas by 9:45am. This does NOT affect the March for Life trip. Students who are registered for the March for Life should arrive at 5:45am at the gym doors.
